Hello, I’m Dolly Crespo. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) nurse, I bring over 28 years of experience in supporting mothers and babies.

Having an expert by your side can make all the difference. We’re here to help you navigate breastfeeding in the early days, offering support to prevent and overcome challenges with the latest insights from lactation science at your disposal.

Mama's Support Groups

We offer two weekly support groups with a series of four topics to discuss (1) Preparing to Breastfeed (2) Welcoming Baby in the Hospital (3) Overcoming Challenges 4) Introduction of Solid Foods, Weaning and More.

Tuesdays from 10-12pm @ Highland Park Apartments in Tontitown, AR

Wednesdays from 1-3pm @ Siloam Springs Regional Hospital in Siloam Springs, AR.
